Enjoyable but ruined by microtransactions

The game itself is very fun and enjoyable. However the model of constant microtransactions, waiting to regain lives and having to pay or wait to move on to the next set of levels really ruin it for me. Wish there was an option to buy the full game and avoid all of that hassle. Such a shame that a good game was ruined by this freemium model.
